Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile game Shawarma Clicker (the “Game”), provided by Lazy Ent LLC (“Lazy Ent”, “we”, “us”). By installing or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on a device you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Ownership
The Game and all of its content — code, art, audio, characters, and branding — are owned by Lazy Ent and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Game, except where permitted by law;
- use cheats, automation, or exploits that interfere with normal play;
- redistribute, sell, or sublicense the Game or its content.
In-game items
The Game may include virtual currency and items used only within the Game. These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and may change or be reset as the Game is updated.
Advertising
The Game offers optional rewarded ads. Watching ads is voluntary; see our Privacy Policy for how ad providers handle data.
Disclaimer
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lazy Ent will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
